Abstract

Online Travel Agents (OTA) now is become compete with traditional travel agents to become travel agents a convenient and practical for users. Online Travel Agents (OTA) provides the convenience, practicality, and relatively more affordable price for customers. Online Travel Agents (OTA) also provide facilities for supplying the airlines and other accommodation needs access to regulate pricing, availability and promotions in real-time to users. Thus, the Online Travel Agent needs to develop so that in accordance with the requirements requested by the user. The development can be done with Usability Testing, this research will discuss with detail how good Usability Testing for online travel agent web and how to evaluate the result. The final result of this research is the comparison of web research usability testing and web recommendation.
