APPLICATION OF K-MEANS METHOD IN MONITORING SYSTEM OF BASED ON ANDROID STUDENTS (CASE STUDY: SMK YPM 4 TAMAN)

Abstract

In some schools, the actual point of such systems already exist or are already implemented in the school since a few years ago, where each student will have the initial point of, Say 250 points at the beginning of the school year. Throughout the school year, this point will be reduced, if Siwa concerned violated the school rules. Point reduction amount for each violation will be different from one another, terganting of pelanggaranya level. For a minor offense, it will usually be given a reduction point between 5-20 points, depending on the case. As for the major violations, will be given a point reduction by 50 points and even up given warning letters to students who commit violations. In implementing this algorithm testing data used are from SMK YPM 4 TAMAN, in the application of this method of Kmeans.
